Well, there are ways of ensuring a more meritocratic environment in which to compete, and this is precisely what our career development interventions aim to do. Our processes typically assess what the individual is looking for (inner desires), what they have to sell (achievements and skills), and then packaging them through internal/external CV (to get on the ‘yes’ pile) and effectively interview.
